Booking Terms & Conditions:

Individual bookings (up to 1 Sky Villas or 2 Sky Villas for 1 family)

- 50% deposit required at time of confirming booking

- Balance payment to be made 45 days prior to arrival

- Last minute reservations - Reservations made within 29 days of the arrival date require a 100% payment in order to confirm the reservation.

Peak season: (20th December to 10th January)

- 50% deposit required at time of confirming booking

- Balance payment to be made 60 days prior to arrival

- Last minute reservations - Reservations made within 59 days of the arrival date require a 100% payment in order to confirm the reservation.

Group bookings (3 or more Sky Villas) or takeovers

- Any booking of 3 or more Sky Villas on a particular night will be regarded as a group booking and a 25% non-refundable deposit will be due 90 days prior to arrival

- Balance payment to be made 60 days prior to arrival

Rates

- All quoted rates are based on per villa per night and on Villa only (room only) basis.

Occupancy

The maximum occupancy per category of Sky Villa cannot be exceeded at any given time unless and otherwise it has been approved in writing by the management. The hotel reserves the right to charge the primary a penalty if the maximum occupancy has not been adhered to.

The maximum occupancy for each category of Sky Villa is as follows:

Extra beds

- We do not provide extra beds at Crystal Sands.

- For infants (0-2 years) a cot can be provided free of charge. Cot's will need to be pre-booked due to limited availability.

Check-in / check-out times

- Check in time is 1400hrs and check out time is 1200hrs.

- For a guaranteed early check in prior to 1400hrs, a reservation needs to be made for the previous night at full night rate.

- For a late check out till 1800hrs a 50% charge of applicable daily rate applies (not valid during peak period). For check out after 1800hrs a full night rate will be applicable.

Dining

- Reservations can be done on Villa only or Bed and Breakfast basis. All other meals will be served from the À la carte menu and charged separately.

Outside visitors

- Outside guests can be entertained at Tempest Restaurant and bar only. Note that our facilities such as the infinity pool and fitness center is reserved for in-house guests only.

Kitchen Utensils

- Will be available on request for reservations of 3 or more nights only.

Smoking

- Smoking is not allowed inside any of the Sky Villas. Smoking is permitted in open / outdoor areas within the property.

Driver/guide Accommodation

- We do not provide drivers' accommodation at the property. However, if you would require drivers' accommodation, we would be happy to pass on contact details of a few guesthouses in the vicinity that can be booked directly.

Logistics

- We are happy to assist with land or air transport arrangements for arrivals, departures or any other logistical requirement can be arranged. Contact reservations@crystal-sands.com for details.

Parking

- We do have limited parking space available at the property (a parking slot per Sky Villa).

Pets

- Due to the nature of our set up at the hotel, we do not allow pets.

Damages to hotel property / assets

- The primary guest who is making the booking, will be responsible for any losses or damages caused by the guest or accompanying party during your stay. The hotel reserves the right to assess damage and request for additional payment against any losses and damages caused to the hotel prior to the guests' departure.

Cancellation Policy:

Individual bookings (up to 1 Sky Villas or 2 Sky Villas for 1 family)

- If cancelled 30 days prior to arrival - full refund less any bank charges

- If cancelled 0 - 29 days prior to arrival - full cancellation charge

Peak season: (20th December to 10th January)

- If cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival - full refund less any bank charges

- If cancelled 0 to 59 days prior to arrival - full cancellation charge

Group bookings (3 or more Sky Villas) or takeovers

- If cancelled 90 days prior to arrival - deposit non-refundable

- If cancelled 60 to 89 days prior to arrival - 50% cancellation charge

- If cancelled 0 to 59 days prior to arrival - full cancellation charge

If the number of Sky Villas are reduced between 90 days to 60 days the 25% deposit paid against the said cancelled Sky Villa will be considered as a cancellation fee against the cancelled villa nights and cannot be set off as a credit for the balance payment/Sky Villas.

COVID-19 Cancellation Policy:

Should travel not be possible due to border closures and/or government restrictions directly affected by COVID-19, the option to postpone travel dates (subject to availability) or a full refund will be offered. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the arrival date.

The cancellation of a reservation must be communicated in writing via email. The effective date of cancellation is when written notification is received by Crystal Sands. We will in turn confirm the cancellation of the reservation in writing based on the terms mentioned above.
