PAYMENT POLICY

Individual bookings

▪ 50% deposit required at time of confirming booking.
▪ Balance payment to be made 14 days prior to arrival.

Peak season (20th December – 10th January)

▪ 50% deposit required at time of confirming booking.
▪ Balance payment to be made 45 days prior to arrival.

Group bookings (3 or more suites) or takeovers

▪ Any booking of 3 or more suites on a particular night will be regarded as a group booking and a 25% non-refundable deposit will be due at time of confirming booking.
▪ Balance payment to be made 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

• More than 45 days prior to arrival – 10% cancellation fee

• 30–45 days prior to arrival – 25% cancellation fee

• Within 29 days of arrival – 100% cancellation fee
